1) What Information Should I Have Ready Before Calling?

We recommend you have your VIN# or part number, model, make, year,

and some features of your car including transmission type and motor type, or your invoice/order number.

2)Where Can I Find My Vin #?

You can find your VIN on the lower part of the windshield on the driver's side.

The number is usually 17 digits long and contains numbers and capital letters. If you cannot find it, give us a call! We are happy to help.

3)Can my Auto Parts be Shipped to an Auto Repair Facility?

Yes, you can choose to have your parts shipped to your residence(Excludes Forklift), business, or repair facility of choice.

We deliver for free to all continental US states, just specify the location as well as the name and address in your order at the time of purchase.

4) Wholsale Pricing For Body Shops, Mechanics, Insurance Adjusters Or Repair Facilities?

5)Is a VIN Number Required to Order ?

No, your 17-digit VIN is not required to complete your online order. However, we recommend you follow the instructions on the order

confirmation email and provide us with your VIN number immediately after purchase. It is the customer’s

responsibility to double-check that the part you are purchasing fits your vehicle. Leap your engine won’t be

liable for any error by the buyer at the time of purchase.

6) How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

As soon as your order ships, you should receive a shipment confirmation email. If you have any questions or

issues please email us at [email protected] and we will help locate your order.

7)What is Your Return Policy?

Returnable parts are subject to acceptance by Leap your engine and must be accompanied

by the original sales receipt and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Leapyourengine is not responsible for a buyer’s error.

8)What if the Auto Part I Ordered Doesn't Fit My Vehicle?

If you were sent a different part instead of the one ordered please notify us as soon as possible by calling and we will work to correct the mistake.

If there was an error by the customer at the time of purchase (such as ordering the wrong part by accident)we are not responsible for extra costs that may arise such as shipping.
